Chiropractic Adjustment

Experience a comfortable adjustment from Dr. Houston Smith, chiropractor. He graduated from the prestigious Parker University in Dallas, TX. His passion is treating shoulder and neck injuries with chiropractic care and rehabilitation.

Myofascial Release

Our doctors use a variety of soft-tissue techniques to ease the restrictions around fibrotic muscles and to reinvigorate injured tissue. We often use pin-and stretch methods, trigger point therapy, cross friction massage for ligament repair and nerve mobilization techniques.

Cupping

A tried-and-true method. We utilize this tool for treating superficial nerves and muscles that may be trapped in surrounding tissues or entrapped in a deeper muscle

IASTM

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization is an effective tool we utilize to encourage faster tendon and ligament repair in injured tissues. When this method is used frequently, tissue remodeling begins to occur. We encourage a higher frequency of treatments during the first 72 hours of acute injury (ankle sprains, muscle pulls, tendon injuries, etc.)

Functional Nutrition

Dr. Erikka will supply you with the nutritional building blocks for a healthier body, and mind!

Functional nutrition is like giving your body a personal VIP treatment. This holistic view of health focuses on the efficiency of your body. When we take in nutrients, we must absorb them well. If there are leaky problems in the gut, absorption may be very low. This malabsorption can limit how many nutrients you are using for your overall well-being. It also considers things like genetics, lifestyle, and habits. The idea is to optimize how your body functions by using food as medicine, making sure you’re not just eating well but you are supporting your frame in the best way for you.

Injury Prevention

Why respond to injury after it occurs? Why not proactively strengthen your joints, restore balance, improve coordination, and strengthen weak links.
