Before visiting Dr. Smith I had been dealing with some extraordinary pain in my lower back and hip flexors. His communication style is very calm cool and collected, and he explains things so well. This was my first adjustment, and I noticed a difference almost immediately after he was done, which I wasn’t expecting. He then ran me through some helpful exercises, which I stuck with and did on my own in my spare time. Within a few months that pain was gone. I can’t thank Dr. Smith enough for his help
