First Visit
An Initial exam fee of $125 will cover a thorough consultation, examination, muscle testing, orthopedic testing, first adjustment and treatment plan.
Additional Imaging
If additional imaging like X-ray, MRI, CT, etc. is required before a diagnosis can be made, we utilize local imaging facilities like Raleigh Radiology and Cardinal Points imaging.
Monthly Memberships

This membership is designed for people who want to save on their maintenance care and get 2 visits each month.
Performance $135
This membership is designed for people who want to save on their maintenance care and get 4 visits each month. Get treated weekly to increase performance and maintain a physical and mental edge.
Unlimited $295
Yep, that's right. Come in as much as you want during our normal office hours. Visit us twice a day if necessary. This membership is useful for patients in debilitating pain who need intensive care for several weeks. Have a competition coming up? Get adjusted and train with confidence.
